I'm 176 cm, 61Kg now at 18. I eat a lot, practice martial arts a lot, I plan my diet well then why do I appear skinny.
Anyone else with the same problem?

Trending & News Idfaf if you do martial arts. Most of them are McDojos anyways. In order to gain mass you have to put stress on your muscles they are not usually accustomed too. You've probably been punching bags for so long it the amount of progress you can get from it has plateaued. You have to work out and eat lots of protein. 3400 cal diet means nothing if it's just carbs and fat.
Just for comparison I'm 1 cm taller than you and 11kg heavier at 8% boyfriend, so you don't appear skinny you are skinny lol.
You are probably an ectomorph and I feel for you it's harder to gain mass.
Strength training (less movement, higher weights) increases muscle size. Martial arts require good fitness, but are more endurance based. A lot of body weight exercises are more endurance based. Also, genetically, some people are just slimmer. That can work for you later in life to avoid the dreaded belly fat.
Add more protein. Eat more meat [eggs, chicken, etc].
Aim for gaining muscle not just gaining weight.

You can gain weight, you just aren't doing the right things. I promise you, I was as skinny as they come. Seriously I was 6'1" and 160 pounds before I started lifting.
How many days a week are you lifting weights until you are sweating?
How many grams of protein, carbs and calories do you eat a day?
You have to lift like hell and eat like a horse
You're in the healthy weight range. You probably don't have a lot of muscle and that may be hard for you to gain. If you want to gain fat you can do that if you eat more. You may think you eat a lot to you, but it hasn't been enough to gain weight.
Most martial artists don't have large body builder type bodies.
What some people who on the bodybuilding forum says is when they want to bulk they have periods where they eat a lot to get fatter then work it off by weight training.
To make ya feel better... I'm 168 and 53 kg...
Don't worry it's fine it's good metabolism... other people are gonna be jealous of ya since yer eatin' a lot as yer sayin' and still stay thin...
Nah you are not too skinny.
