Post Cereals are probably better (Great Grains and Post Selects), but I like Frosted Mini Wheats and Raisn Bran from Kellogg's and Cheerios and Chex from General Mills. If you are talking about Cereal that will knock your teeth out every morning, then General Mills wins with Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Reese's Puffs. :D

I'm not much of a cold cereal eater. Of the 2 I used to eat more from the Kellogg's Brand. The only General Mills I eat is Honey Nut Cheerios.

Yeah, in the UK they actually have more sugar than the US version ones. And both brands always do extremely misleading "health benefits" on their packages that are complete bullshit 🙄
