but my acting agencey wants me to drop to 103lbs
i do 30 mins of yoga + 30 mins of pilates + 2hrs of dance mon -sat.
and Sunday is my rest day.
im currently eating just what i want except for like cookies and potato chips but i dont keep track of the calories. i just eat what i want... but now i need to loose like 15lbs in one month so im trying to see if a 800 calorie diet of just various veggies, fruit, boiled potatos, boiled eggs and whole wheat toast for one month can do the trick... but do you think i would get like liver failure or anything from such a low calorie diet?
my agencey said i have until may 10th to succeed
