For my face I use every thing my dermatologist proscribed me with.

For my body this home made goats milk soap, extra virgin olive oil, st. Ives oatmeal & shea butter.

For hair this shampoo my hairdresser told me to use (forgot the name), conditioner (same brand as the shampoo), heat protectant/ oil (coconut oil).

Liz Earle is really great for dry/sensitive skin types.. That's what I use. Their products are very gentle but provide a lot of moisture.

As for hair, I'd really recommend either Aussie (the balm mint treatment leaves your hair feeling sooo soft), or Phil Smith (it adds volume as well as softness.)

Pantene pro V for the hair.
Bylcreem wax for super sayian mode.
Vaseline for the skin.

  Yeah, especially for protection from dry and dusty tube air. It also magically seems to get rid of any skin ailment lol.

Avalon Organics Shampoo and Conditioner, Dr. Bronner's Body Wash, Tea Tree Water from Lush, and to moisturize my hair and body I use a mixture of jojoba oil, argan oil, rose hip oil, avocado oil, papaya oil, with added vitamin E and A.
