making sure your meals are natural and nutritious, no added sugars or salts, its really important to look at the ingredients, what you may think is healthy could have a lot of crap in them. Like I use to think spaghetti sauce I was using was healthy but I looked and it had added sugars and not so pure in organic.

it's the foods you eat that does that. exercising won't make any difference
Watch your calories and as long as you burn more calerie's than you take in you will lose weight and muffin top is caused by your pants are squeezing your fat up
dont eat any junk food, and dont do any cheat meals.

I have the same problem! I am guessing it all on the diet! Don't eat white bread!
Only thing to do is lose weight and work out.
It's all diet.
