I have been dealing with eating disorders for 5/6 years now and I don't even know what is fat and not fat anymore.
I'm not talking about BMI and weight, I am talking visually... What is fat? What is chubby? What is normal? I don't know anymore !!!
women want to be desired and that sounds like the impetus for this question..
fat to me is being out of proportion to your body design... clear as mud right.
If a woman looks like she should have an hour glass shape, then I expect to see her waist smaller than everything else. Then it is a question of how big relative to that frame. I'd say she can carry X more pounds and not be fat... I don't have a problem with that. At some point, I see a lot of fat on legs and such and think she is fat.
Stop thinking about fat and weight and think about going to the gym, keeping active and your muscles in shape. Eat healthy food that tastes good and enjoy it! don't throw it up because it is nutrtition for the body.
To Hell with anyone who comments on your body... if you like it, that's all that matters. Take input and decide if you want to change. Just be healthy and vibrant.
BMI is total BS!! IT was based on some bad 'science'!!
Personally, I LOVE cuddling, and I LOVE 'cuddly' women.
So what is that?
It's hard to describe, and I don't have pictures, but 'Muffin tops' that little bit of softness that just sneaks out when you wear really tight jeans, TOTALLY OK!!
No visible rib bones, no hip bones!!!
Just fine when she stands, and her soft sensual thighs touch, a soft, bottom, good for playful spankings. . . :)
Ladies, you are the WORST judges of your bodies!!! As guys, we love so much about you, and don't even notice most of what you are so concerned about!!
Don't be embarrassed, or hate your body!! Just love what you have, and find a guy that really appreciates your soft, sensual curves!!
Keep it simple and don't let gradeschool and college boys and girls definition of fat define your world. A BMI calculator is accurate enough for most people unless they're super muscular. Fat is BMI over 25 or over 30. Fat shouldn't be a term synonymous with a person's self worth in any way, and some dudes are happy with overweight as well so what!
Have you ever talked to a friend or anyone about your eating disorder? It's fine to have goals but you and your body and your health are precious. Be good to yourself.

Well this could be divided into two things.
When someone looks into somebody else and say : oh, no this guy or girl is so fat, I won't even talk to him. It's matter of choice, selection & priority.
People mostly look for another person at their rank, so if you're beautiful it will be hard to you to date a ugly guy, you will always prefer the better one, since you pretend to be more than him visually or by the character.
Whenever you consider by yourself that you're not fat, but others tell you that you are... Anyway it's important to be okay with you and do not think what others people thinks about you in the whole time, meanwhile you can try to change this thing.
The third option optimal for me is, when you think you're not fat and also the others say that to you, I believe this is the case according to the people's weight.
for me fat is having to grease you sides to get through a door. not a healthy place to be i have to tell you. im not like that thankfully. but i think of fat as something that holds you back from doing what you love to do actively. i mean as long as you can do what you love and can keep going your not fat in my opinion.
It's hard to describe. Like if you have skin just hanging off of you, that's too fat. Rolls = Too fat. It's more of how someone looks in their body, not necessarily "Oh, you're both 5'11 but weigh 250lbs". One may look pretty good while the other looks like his body is sliding off of his bones.
Oh man I didn't realize you had eating disorders I probabaly scared the shit out of you with my nutritional science lol. If feel comfortable enough to send pictures of you physique I'll give you an honest assessment. I train a lot of people and this is literally what I do. Won't creep on you or anything. I couldn't really give you any advice without a visual.
Fat, obese, , chubby, husky, it all starts when things start to overlap, sag and or hang when the weight starts to negatively affect you and your health and it's not so much defined by weight itself but what kind of weight you have. You could be 250lbs but if that weight is muscle weight you'll look good, but if that weight is fat weight it looks really bad.
When fat on your stomach sticks out to the point it folds over. You're arms get really jiggly and loose. Stuff like that.
It goes by a scale:
There is slightly overweight
Overweight/chubby/husky
Fat
Obese
Morbidly Obese
My 600 lb life
Bed ridden/close to being dead
Don't worry about it Hun.. it saddens me to read about perfectly young girls write this kinda stuff. I just want to tell you or anyone else that there perfectly fine just the way you are! Love yourself see the value and the jewel that you are! I pray you overcome this struggle your going through..
For girls, if you look like you have more than 25 % body fat. That's when you're on the chubby side I guess, unless you're really curvy. I'd say 20-22 % is average and anything below that is fitness or even athlete level if you go low enough.
This is fat to me.

I am not really qualified to answer this question as I don't pay attention to a woman's weigh
This guy is fat
Not you, for one. I don't even have to see your body to tell that you aren't fat, because you seem to have a normal amount of fat on your face.
If that's what you were asking...
Fitness can be quantitatively evaluated. Talk to a personal trainer for a free fitness assessment. Is my job to help a you 😆.
arm and leg/thighs jiggly jiggly
MUFFIN TOP blehhhhhhh
You know when you look fat or skinny. Either you look healthy or you don't?
for me fat is when you are very clearly overweight, so much that you would call it unhealthy.
It's very obvious when someone is fat. They have meat hanging off their limbs.
When you can't move or you struggle to get up after sitting down
To be fair I dont think most guys know! We're scared to ask
I usually see fat as anything beyond lean.
Sometimes I think you live here.
I do lol it's my home, I'm lonely lol
No... if anything I need to gain weight..
If she has a muffin top
Everyone has fat, fat is what is not muscle.
I associate fat with obese.
I think it just depends on the person.
