
If so, what kind of workout do you do?

I am, I am 5'3 and 108 pounds... give or take some but my belly seems the biggest and I try to do sit ups but whatever it doesn't really work. I also try drinking fruit and veggie smoothies and watch what I eat make sure it's healthy and not too much calories.
i. e. yogurt and oat meal for breakfast
chicken and veggies stir fry for dinner
more veggies roasted for dinner.
I'm still trying to lose some more weight but I could see that happening because I'm not a huge fan of working out and stuff
muscular, stop eating bread or anything related to bakery or is related to bread or like it, don't eat less so you don't stay hungry and get your mind busy with that ! replace big part of your food with salad, run more, drink less and stop looking to your self in the mirror more than one time a day...
Still working on the weight loss, I'm skinny fat now rather than just fat fat
