Nope, I was heavier than that at 16 and I was very fit and slim. I think I was 145, but it really depends on your frame as well. I was heavy in comparison to my other friends, but they all had tiny frames and I had an athletes body.

The BMI value is OK, even optimal (22.4). If you have the chance to measure your fat content in a fitness club and that is within range for your age, you are completely OK and certainly not too heavy. You have the ideal weight.

you are all good. but keep in mind that taking care of yourself is always nice. for example going to gym and having a more healthy diet. but do it only for yourself not for others.

No the BMI calculator says that a 5'4 person should weigh from 108-145 lbs. You're in that range so, you're good.
