You are at the upper limit regarding BMI, but that does not tell everything. How does your body look? If your muscle to fat ratio is high (you are athletic to muscular), this number is not abnormal, since muscles weigh a lot. Have this measured in a gym. If needed, just reduce your calorie intake to loose fat. You don't need a diet with that weigth.
