Are my hips too big?

I have 39in hips... and I'm only 5'4. In your opinion, would 39in hips look disproportionate on a 5'4 girl with a 26.5/27in waist?

*the 39in hip measurement is around my butt at the fullest part, below the hip bones.

Nah! Mine 34... Waist 24... I'm 5 ft. The biggest prob I have is getting pants to go over my hips that fit nicely on my waist. 😁
