Are big thighs attractive?

My thighs are 23 inches at the widest part. I figure skate and do leg exercises daily (pistol squats, etc.) and when I tighten my leg you can see a muscle bulge in my thigh above my knees. Would you consider this too big (also considering the fact I'm only 5'4)?

I like athletic and muscular girls as long as they still have female curves (so no bb type). And I didn't make the conversion, but I think mine go the same direction and I don't get negative comments

I would have to see pictures, but it may be at only 5 foot four inches tall. Like boobs, this is a question of proportion, rather than actual size.

Proportion to hips and a butt to match is what guys like to see. A little thickness can be attractive. Better than being a skeleton imho.
