Can I increase my height even a feet?

I'm 24 year old with 5'2 height. I really want to increase my height can I make it happen at this age. If yes then how it is possible? I need serious answers!!!

Your height is determined between 60%-85% by your genetics. The remainder of that is environmental, primarily nutrition. If you're malnourished during your growing years you won't reach your full potential.

If you get enough nutrition you'll likely reach your genetically predetermined height, possibly a little taller. The bone stops growing when the epiphyseal plates fuse. No more growth will occur after that.

By 18 you've already done most of your growing in terms of height. By 20 all plates have fused.

The only thing anyone can do to increase growth is a good diet, exercise and plenty of rest during puberty. Sometimes growth hormones can be used, but must be started at age 9 to avoid negatively affecting time spent growing.

You are well past those ages. You are already fully developed, there's nothing more you can do, short of surgery, and no doctor worth his salt would recommend that.

Unfortunately, your growth plates must be closed at this age. You can increase your height only by limb lengthening surgery. But it is not easy surgery, with a lot of pain and diffucults. So if it doesn't bother you a lot, I dont recommend u a surgery. I had it 2 years ago, it was really painful.

Without painful and questionable surgery no. Heels are an option but not what I think your looking for. Ages for the completion of puberty vary but in general the growth phase happens in your late teens when your growth plates harden. Before that point artificial growth hormone could have made a difference, your body continues to produce growth hormone even after puberty but without flexible growth plates it will have no effect on your bone growth.

Its literally impossible now. Otherwise imagine how many guys be using such procedures to increase their height.

There is one procedure though, where they artificially break your bones and insert rodes to increase your height. Not sure how much height increase you can get. However it is very painful, it follows up with months of painful physiotherapy.

I think wearing high heel shoes is the only way you can do this as people stop growing at 21

No. Even if you go to the doctors to do it, it take a long time to do it. And they can only do like an inch or two. You're stuck at 5'2. But big things come in small packages! 😊

Yeah. It's been documented. People can in fact increase their veritcal height by up to 3 inches.

I believe they have pills that do this. I think 24 is the age they stop working.

Yes there are stretching yogas for height even after 21... but it can only increase upto 3 - 4 inches not 1 feet
