On the odd occasion that I do, though, I will pop them. I don't know where people get the idea that popping pimples is a surefire way to scars. I've been doing that since I began even getting pimples and not a single scar. I suppose it's important to wait till the pimple is a white-head versus just a red, irritated spot but I've only ever used my fingers and haven't encountered any issues just yet!

Only leaves scars if you do it with your fingernails. Use some toilet paper or something to not press into your skin. And preferably do it after showering when your skin is smoother.

I have delicate, girly skin (excessive facial and body hair not withstanding), and popping my pimples usually just makes it worse and take longer to normalize. And as far as *other* people's pimples... I'm not that variety of weirdo...

Whenever any girl ever touches my hands in particular, since like forever, they're always all "oh my god!
