Blackheads on face is it acne?

I have both dry and oily skin, combination skin right? I don't know. Anyway I have a loooot of blackheads. Like, all over my face. Especially on my cheeks. The ones on the checks can get a bit bigger but the others are a little smaller. How do I get rid of them? And are they acne or what is going on? I HATE my skin. I just don't want to have my skin look so bumpy anymore. I feel like I'm 14 even though I turn 19 this summer. Please help

Basically, blackheads are blocked skin pores. I used to suffer from these, but i use a daily facial scrub and it works a treat fo me. If you try one of these that's on the market, just make sure it doesn't contain alcohol as this would dry your skin out, as you already have dry skin... you don't want it drying out even more.
Also, I'll mention, try to avoid using oily creams on your face and things like that as this can add to your blackheads. But it's nothing to worry about.

How often do you wash your face? If your skin is oily, wash it more often.

I wash it every night and morning. If I wash it more often the drier parts start to hurt☹️

Get a facial scrub or make your own. Coconut oil with sugar or sea salt works wonders. Blackheads are a form of acne and acne is caused by dead skin or infections that's why puss is there, inside the little bubble. Coconut oil is antibactieral and so is sea salt, but I think sugar may be more gentle to your face. Do not worry about becoming even more oily due to coconut oil just use it as a facial scrub and wash your face after. It'll rehydrate and exfoliate. Only scrub your face 3~4 a week max.

Wash the scrub off since it contains dead skin and dirt and excess oil. Make sure the coconut oil is virgin and organic unscented you want all of your stuff as natural as possible since the human face is so delicate.

oh yeah sorry I didn't express myself correctly there. I have washed the scrub off, but I meant if I should wash my face with face wash before going to bed? :)

Yeah it's good to do it twice a day for 3~4 days a week although, four days may be pushing it depending on the type of skin you have.
Once in the morning and once before bed.

I guess it's considered acne. You should try benzoylperoxide. I have a dry to normal skin with some bumps and it works amazing on it without drying out the skin. Only put it on the bumpy places and put on some cream in the morning on the dry parts.

Go get a facial with extraction. He or she can extract the junk out of the blackheads. And yes, those are considered acne too.

black heads you can just squeeze out. that's what i do. it doesn't leave scars and really is a simple method to get rid of them

Yeah I do that too, but the redness that stays for the day makes my skin look almost like it has cystic acne :( That's how many blackheads I have..

ahhh. i'm black so i guess the redness doesn't show. you could also try those blackhead strips. you wet them and put them on and wait about 5minutes and then peel them off. i never had much success with them though
