Probably early 20's. You're out of puberty, so the acne, and all that growing pains stuff is over, your metabolism still should work pretty well, and if you work at it, you'll be able to maintain a fit body fairly easy (comparative to older ages). Older adds in the risk of injuries (back pains, ankle pains, other things that would prohibit you from exercising regularly, not to mention that your metabolism will slow down).

Just because its generally the best age, doesn't mean it's impossible to look good outside of that age bracket haha. If you put in the work, it literally does NOT matter how old you are, you can look good. It just gets harder the older you are.

Lol that's not true at all. Athletes are in their prime mid to late twenties. I'd say 35+ it starts to go down hill. 20s are all prime though..

Being older adds risk of injury but not when you train with Isomotion and Isometrics. I've built muscle mass from this and it is very easy on the joints. In fact, I feel more tension in my muscles with this than when I used to hit the weights.

Well I did a lot of sports in high school - college scholarships blah blah blah. The point is that I was in pretty good shape then. But in most ways I was in the best shape of my life in my mid 30s. If it weren't for injuries I think I would have continued getting in better shape until my late 30s and maybe into my 40s.

As far as looks I have no idea. I never paid attention or cared what I looked like.

Mid 30's. I'm stronger and have more muscle than I did 10 years ago. Then again, I've been working out for more than 14 years so it's not like I've ever slacked off.

Definitely. I'm stronger now and I don't get trashed as much as I did back then. On top of that, I'm getting a lot more sleep on average. It makes all the difference in the world.

I think 25-30. By then I'll have a lot of money and will have only progressed with my physique. Face will be fully developed... have a nice beard.. Look mature and sexy.

    25 maybe.
At this age your body is more muscular and mature and you are at your best physical condition.

A big yes! I shed the extra pounds and look better now. But I am still dealing with some personality related issues. I still have social anxiety, and my low level of education often brings my confidence down.

I have a stupid, useless bachelor's degree from a shitty University, and my GPA is too low. This low GPA automatically disqualifies me from being eligible to pursue masters. And I am not really inclined to repeat my bachelor's and try for better grades, since I need to work full time to make a living.

Ahh the big dilemma. You need to repeat your studies to get a better job and a better life, but you need your current job to live.

I look and feel so much better in my 30's than my 20's it is ridiculous. I have much more energy, a better physique that is lean and filled out better (skinny when in my 20's), more sure of myself and much better health. Everything is better.
