Yeah. Especially in the morning, or when I dye my hair, this happens. When I shower, dry it and brush it, soooo many strands of hair fall out. And it's even more noticeable since my hair is so long, lol.
But don't worry, it's perfectly normal to lose around 100-200 strands of hair a day. As long as you don't have any bald patches on your scalp, there's nothing weird about it.

It's normal for more of your hair to fall out in the summer as that's when you have the most new growth.

However, if handfuls of hair are falling out, see your doctor. You might have alopecia.
