Girls, do you like stubble beards? Guys how can I form and maintain a Stubble?

I like them! I can't tell you how to grow one, that just happens with genes and whatnot. Some guys just can't grow beards and some do, very well. You just have to wait. As for maintaining beard health you have to shave it every once in a while completely so that the hair follicles can breathe but everything else should just be standard maintenance. Buy a electric razor and just keep it trim where you want it to be.

I personally don't like them. Everytime the guy kisses me it feels like im being slapped by a cactus. Some girls like it though; it looks good on some guys. It's just a matter of preference.
