I personally love thick girls. My problem only comes in when fat girls call themself thick and to me it personally doesn't matter how much you way it's where you carry it that makes you thick. For instance girls who have more fat in the thighs, hips, even the stomach than other areas are more attractive to me Compared to a girl who carry it all over and more in the stomach and and entire legs.
But again that is just my personal preference and you should love your body because someone else out there loves it too. I'm not saying that in a "hope you feel better about yourself now" but an example is I prefer smaller tinner girls. Not necessarily skin and bones, mostly short and well proportioned and the type of thick I described. My Friend Michael prefers bigger girls. Who in general are big but not considered thick. My friend Shane prefers girls who are basically average and there is really nothing noticeable about them. My friend Gavin prefers super model type girls. So I don't say that to make you feel better I say it because it's true. As a bisexual guy I don't share the same ideal body types with majority of my friends because different people prefer different things. I'm not going to say you're perfect the way you are, but I will say you're probably a lot better than you think because we tend to judge ourselves hardest. If you feel there's an area of yours that could be better such as losing weight then by all means try. But please realize that losing a few extra pounds is not worth losing good health. So yes I encourage weight loss in myself and most other people, but I don't think it should be done in an unhealthy way. For instance change your diet options, but don't stop eating. Exercise, but don't take diet pills. And a lot of people don't realize that it takes more than a few weeks to see a change in your body. Also please realize that if you are working out and changing your diet but you actually gain weight you're more than likely developing muscle.
(The most common and stupid gym goal is lose weight and gain muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat so if you want muscle you will also gain weight. If you lose weight there is the chance of also losing muscle.)
Be safe and your number one work out goal should be to work on loving yourself. It's hard, I know because I haven't even mastered that yet.

Not only do u sound healthy, but also average. U basically answered your own question tho, if you have a big stomach, arms, etc. ur fat. But if its just ur thighs ur thick.
It depends but most of the guys I know like thick and curvy girls. Thick and curvy is totally different from fat. You might just be thick and curvy.

I don't think there's anything wrong with a bit of thickness, but regardless, 5'3 120 really isn't all too "thick". I'm about your height (slightly taller, but also slightly more heavy) and weight and people consider me rather skinny.
Are you trying to find problems that aren't actually there? Everyone has some fat on their body!
