Hi guys;

Yesterday i was talking to my girlfriend, then at a point she told me sorry babe can't talk.. after a while she came back and explained.. 1st she was trembling and she couldn't move.. 2nd she became so angry and wanted to cry.. 3rd calmed down and started getting back to normal.. she told me that she had this feeling since the morning and it got bigger and bigger by time till she couldn't fight at night..

What's this guys? signs of depression? or what exactly?

The Signs [point to Possible Anxiety here, dear. It runs in my own family, my sister is on medication for this where there are Times she feels as though she is Dying.
Tell her to keep a check on this , and if it Continues, go see her doctor for some guidance in This... A professional will know what to do to Best from the Rest help keep this in Check for her.
And with Anxiety, could be too, Depression, many Times the Two go hand in hand.

Maybe a panic attack? I get them frequently and this sounds very similar. Although mine are milder and they usually don't last more than 30 minutes. Sometimes they last an hour or more. But they've never lasted all day like that.

Yeah exactly same 30-1hour.. what i meant by "all day" that she was not feeling okay that's all... for the panic attack it was something like 45min

Yeah sometimes, if something is really triggering my anxiety, I'll have recurring attacks throughout the day. But yeah, sounds like that's probably what it is.

Also, sometimes the trigger isn't clear. There are times when I have an attack and I have no idea why.

Yes exactly what she told me yesterday.. she has no clue why it happend.. and sometimes she tells me the reasons

Signs of anxiety. Panic. Something has happened/is happening/is going to happen and she's worried about it.

When i ask her she tells me she doesn't why.. does she know this "something" you're talking about and hiding it? or she really doesn't knw?

It's very likely that she's hiding something. But I'm not sure if you should force her to tell you. Maybe you're not the best person to talk about that thing. Maybe she needs someone other than you to talk, maybe a best friend or sibling or parents. Don't force her.

It's also possible that she really doesn't know. It happens sometimes. But I think this is definitely case of anxiety. She may not know exact reason, maybe it's accumulated over time.

I was her best friend.. we were best friends for 7 years and now we are dating.. i know what she's been through and yes you are right : Accumulated chocks.. she tells me everything but i guess this time is just about everything.. Thank you for your time

And one thing, it's great that she's your best friend and partner and tells you everything but there's always at least one thing that one might not feel comfortable to talk about. I've a friend who knows about everything but then there are couple of things that she doesn't know but those things are known to couple of very distant people.
Anyway, good luck. Hope it's not the case of anxiety of depression.
