Discharge coming from my uterus?

Girls I really need help with this one! I have been experiencing some discharge from my uterus ( where I pee from) for the past 4 to 5 weeks, it happens most often when I am in work (standing and walking all day) there is a really bad odour with to go with it? has anyone else ever experienced something like this? went to the doctors and she gave me tablets for a urine infection which did get rid of it but after the antibiotics were finished it came back! take into mind I was tested for sti's about 3 years ago and have been with the same person the past 5years?

Well, I will take a guess, but ulitmately you should see the doctor again.

If the medicine worked, that probably means you did have a urine infection. If it came back after you stopped taking the medecine, that means you didn't take the medicine for as long as you should have. With antibiotics, you are supposed to keep taking them for a while even after symptoms have gone away because the infection is still there. If you do not, the infection will just grow back.

It is like a weed. If you snip the stem of the weed where it sprouts from the ground, it may be gone for the time being, but since you left a little bulb under the soil, it will grow back. You have to pull the roots out of the soil if you want it to really go away.

Did you follow all of your doctors instructions?

Sounds like a yeast infection, you should go back to the doctor and get It checked out. Sometimes you can get a uti again after having one before & some times need a second dosage to help cuz the infection may have not went away completely, so just get it checked out as soon as you can & you will be fine. :)

Think it's time for the gyno.

Foul odor discharge could be, according to my hasty research, Trichomoniasis or Bacterial vaginosis as the most common causes.

You can get a little more specific apparently based on the color and consistency of your discharge.

You need to get an STD/STI test every 6 months, even if you've been with the same person because that doesn't mean they've only been with you. Just FYI.

I think you have an STI, which medication for a UTI won't cure it. Maybe it's a yeast infection or something, but I've never had this issue. It might be some bad bacteria down there.

You need to see a professional... a doctor can tell you for sure what's up and how you can get treated.. and take a look at a few diagrams of female urinary system and reproductive system..

You need to go back to the doctor. I'm not sure which specialist because I'm not sure what you're actually asking about - your uterus or your urethra. You do not pee from your uterus.

girls dont pee from the uterus, pee comes from your bladder and out your urethra a hole above the vagina. but you could be pregnant or have the common BV

No, you just had a uti that outlasted the medication. That's not even rare. Basic bacterial infection. Many things cause them so I couldn't even guess.

Likely not a yeast infection.
