Which kind of tea is good to lose weight green or Oolong tea?

i do not know which tea give results and I need help which is better for me to consume.

Both will give exactly the same health benefits. Just whichever you enjoy drinking the most --> will probably mean you will drink more --> greater health benefits.

I find green tea to have a horrible bitter taste to it though. White tea is the same as green tea (same plant, just higher up leaves), but has a much more milder taste. I would recommend this

Green tea. Make sure you replenish with water though because green tea, actually anything with caffeine, dehydrates your body. Drinking water also helps you lose weight

Tea is tea. Tea dehydrates, it does not burn fat. The cafeine in tea may help because it stimulates your body, but the effect is minimal compared to physical activity.
