Climate and phenotype?

Despite the fact that ı am an Ukranian descent, I have black hair and dark brown eyes. Is it because of the hot climate in here?

That only plays into looks if it goes back 1000+ years or so. You're just a dark Ukrainian by nature - plenty of Ukrainians have roots in the Mediterranean area where dark hair/eyes are very common.

No, its not, its genetic. It means in the past you ancesters got genes for that in their body.
