honestly it depends on what you mean by "good". Toenails in general are not attractive nor non attractive because their just nails 😂but if they are for instance BLUE, or look unkempt (regular clipping) that's the only way it would affect how i would feel. But in general the appearance of his toenails will not automatically make him attractive : )
