Does anyone consume White Tea and is it healthy for you?

I have recently heard of white tea, I am a total stranger to this type of tea. Can i replace my green tea with white tea?

Yep I drink white tea all the time!!! It comes from the same plant, just higher up leaves which get more sunlight. They're more "premium" I guess?

I much prefer it to green tea though as it's less bitter and more smooth to drink. I would definitely recommend! Same health benefits also :)

Whatever you do, it should be dosed. Too much from something is never good. Too little neither. So try it and see if your bodu feels beeter with it.

Never heard of white tea, or do you mean ordinary tea with lots of milk? In that case, green tea would be healthier.
