My eye is turning green? Should I worry?

It was always dark brawn.. a couple of years it got lighter and lighter since the march i noticed a little green in my iris and now it's look like this.
I change my diet dramaticaly, no more fast foods. more and more fruts and vegetables and homemade foods.
My dad has blue eyes my mom dark brawn, my other 2 sister and brother brawn as well.

Such a long change is possible... over years. I noticed green in mine too. Some of my friends are eye docs and as long as there is no pain or vision problems OR pupil dilation problems (look into a mirror with a lamp close by, then go into darkness and come back to the mirror and observe the shkrinking-it should be quick and even for both eyes) then there is nothing to worry about.

Eye color is determined by genetics, so it shouldn't be anything to worry about. However if it is just one eye it can be a sign of a disease starting. It is always a good idea to get it checked out at your optometrist!
