Girlfriend woke up to go toilet and felt dizzy, she was shaking. Any ideas why?

I know she gets chest pain now and again, also has a heart murmur and tachycardia.

Maybe the "Rabbit Dies," Meaning... Pregnant.
To be on the Safe Side though, Go see her Doctor. Perhaps she has More in Store. Anxiety may also be a problem. Keep an Eye on this.
I have a Heart Murmur but never a Problem. Just a lot of Caffeine Gets this Going and Rowing.

She could also be pretty dehydrated, that used to happen to me and I also have tachycardia.

Do she have seizures because I know seizures can cause a person to shake but the person don't stop shaking until they are done.

She could possibly have epilepsy. If it persists you should take her to the triage.
