Do you get the flu shot?

I didn't get it this year. My mom, dad, and brother did but they all got sick - I'm the only one that didn't get sick yet.

I didn't get it last year either. I got sick a couple of times but even in years when I got the shot I would still get sick sometimes. So what is the point of getting the flu shot?

All the time; Use to get sick 6 times a year without it but that was maybe 3 years ago. Don't know if it was because of the crappy food I was eating, didn't exercise much or cause I didn't have a good immune system. But only get 2 colds a year now, due to the seasons changing but that's about it

I did not get it this year because our province / country did not make enough flu shots to go around to everybody so it wasn't available at my school this year but that might change next semester.

No, if I feel any signs of the flu, I just take 20'000 mg of vitamin C or high dose liposomal vitamin C. If you feed your immune system in your diet and give it extra if what it needs, when it needs it, you will be fine.

Always. There are a lot of misconceptions about what the flu shot is and what it does. There really isn't a very good reason for not getting one.

I never was good about getting it. But I work at a hospital now and they will straight up forbid you from working if you don't get it by a certain time. So... yes, I got the flu shot this year. So far so good lol

I usually get it, this year I didn't & of course caught the flu and ended up in hospital with a pneumonia moral of the story? Don't ever think you know better than your doctor 😪

Always. The AUS government recommends that we all do, and some vaccinations depending on circumstances like age, medical conditions etc, are subsidized by the government.

no. In my experience it doesn't make a huge difference. Besides they're really only effective for a few months so you're supposed to get more than 1.
