Why aren't my periods regular?

I've had periods since I was 10 but they aren't regular. What's wrong with me?

This can really be a huge range of things. Do you track your periods with a log or an app? How long is your average cycle?
Severely over or underweight can disrupt them, as can an iron deficiency, polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis etc. there really are SO many variables that if you're concerned you should see a doctor. Generally a physical and a blood panel can give you answers

How irregular are they? If you're skipping periods or having more than one in the same month, or they're super heavy, go see your doctor. If they're once a month but not always at the same time of the month or the same number of days long each time, that's normal. Especially since you're under 18.

Okay... Does your school have an on-site nurse or infirmary personnel? Or perhaps you can consult a female health-teacher.

You may want to research medicinal herbs on the matter. A good thing is that many of these are easy-to-find spices already commonly used, though for cooking (ex. ginger, cinnamon, dill,... ).

If you have low body fat, your period may even stop. At your age, irregular periods are common, so don't worry.

maybe you're going through stress or you are taking any medication.. or its just simply an hormonal imbalance... you gotta go and see a doctor

Irregular periods can be a bitch. It might be normal in the sense that it happens to other women, but there's plenty you can do about it.

My mom has some very strong beliefs to be honest. Tho I did see a doctor about my scoliosis and she said if my periods aren't regular by 16 (next year) then I should come back. It doesn't look like they are
