I'm 5'4 and 116 lbs, is that to big?
I don't want to look fat and unattractive, I hate my body so much. I feel overweight, am I actually fat though? Is 116 lbs considered obese?

Well, I'm 5'2" and I weigh 113 lbs and I'm thin enough to fit in size 3 jeans and some XS sizes of clothes. Only 3 pounds difference. I'd say you are likely fine.
But again, I cannot see you as you haven't provided a picture (which is okay, I respect your privacy). But from what you have provided I would say you are fine.

No, I just got out of anorexia recovery a few months ago and have finally been able to weigh myself. Just didn't realize how much I actually gained until now.

I like a women with a little weight to them, not unhealthy. and that is a big difference between healthy and fat. also, different clothing is faltering to different body types, wear clothes that focus on your thighs and breasts if you want to feel sexy.

Are you being serious?😂 I think you aren't confident with yourself. That's crazy if you think 116 is obese! I'm 5'2 and 117 and a lot of people say that I'm so skinny even though I don't feel like it. And I now for a fact I'm not obese. Be more confident and if you're not then go to the gym to tone up and eat healthy. I know a year ago i was asking dumb question like you are but then later on I started working out 5 or six days a week and I got pretty fit. And I weighed 118. My fat turned into muscle

Its not big at all. I am 5'5" and 134 pounds. Whether you look fat or not is determined by your fat content, not your weight. If you are in a gym, have it measured. If you are below 25%, you are good. And my weight is just in the middle of the ideal range, so you are even low.

116 lbs is 8.5 stone. You're tiny. Literally. You have roughly the same measurements as my friend although I think she's a couple inches shorter and she can fit into a size four (UK size that's like a zero in US)
