I think that guys can look really good with pierced ears. The style of earrings you get depend on you what best suits your face. Just don't get the diamond studs, because those make just about anybody look like a fuckboy

Before you get a piercing, look at the BTS dudes. you might have to consider wearing their gothic clothes for the rest of your life because... well piercings and normal clothes don't match
