How to stop myself from throwing up?

I took 40mg of vyvanse last night to help me study and then remembered the doctor said to only take 10 mg (cut one pill in half) but I took 2 at 11:30pm and I stayed up all night and now it's 9am and my heart feels like it's going to explode, my mouth is crazy dry, and I feel like I'm about to puke my guts out. How can I stop it? I don't have ginger I'm on my way to school after missing 8 days from a virus..

Boil rice, and conserve the water. Drink the rice water.

Ginger/Ginger ale soda (flat) can help too. Let the air bubbles settle before drinking the soda.

Brat diet- Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, and Toast. Eat slowly.

uh, you should be at home resting. and definitely stop by the hospital if you od'ed on your meds.
