there is no way u can change ur height
ur original height was planned when u were born in ur dna
there are illegal medicines (which are costly) which increase the secretion of hormone which is responsible for ur physical growth
those medicines either increase ur height or give u a gorilla look (yes thats a disease which can't be cured)
and all those medicines available in market cannot increase ur height, they jst fool u

Well if you do some intense exercise you will grow. It mostly depends on your genetics

Eat, sleep, workout, repeat. Meds will be of no use.
However, there is this one drug called 'Glucosamine Chondroitin', which is said to increase height but nothing has been officially confirmed yet. Its actually an arthritis drug.

  I am a little bit under 5'6 ( 167 cm ) and sometimes about My dad is your height but has big arms and big hands and big body so he looks great !
  
  There is no problem with you.. just go to gym and gain weight and muscles.. I think girls need the size of men regardless his height !
