Why doesn't my butt jiggle when I walk?

People constantly tell me my butt is big and round, but i don't feel or see (in the mirror) it jiggling. I'm not very active, but my bmi is normal.

It doesn't matter, tight butts are just as good if not better. And by the way, bmi has been proven to be a bad indicator of body fat. My bmi says I'm obese, meanwhile I'm 6'4 190lbs and if I turn sideways, I can hide behind a light pole in the street

To have a big butt, your bmi doesn't have to be more than what's normal. It's about the proportions.
