Determining whether or not you are considered over-weight should be done by calculating your Body mass index (BMI).
This is most accurately calculated when you visit your doctor, and you can ask your doctor to help you more accurately figure it.
Alternatively, you can use BMI calculators and BMI Charts online very easily. I would suggest you search for "BMI" on Google, and the first thing that will appear is a BMI calculator, and also charts you can view.
This method, however, is not very accurate, as it is important to take into account your height, weight, and muscle/body fat, along with your weight, which is why it is best addressed during a doctor's visit.
All that being said, a quick use of a BMI calculator, given your height and weight gives you a BMI of 22.0! 22.0 falls in the "normal" range, which means you at a healthy BMI and you are not over, or under weight! ☺️

BMI is the current measurement to judge this by. I'd say you are normal. The normal tables have been bumped up no doubt to accommodate the large number of bigger people. Watch your portions, learn what high glycemic carbs are and avoid them, read labels, don't eat processed foods, Focus on organic foods best you can. Exercise daily. You don't want to keep adding weight as you age like most people do.
Just calm down. The scale is not the most important thing here. The difference in muscle vs. fat weight and water retention means that it can be really misleading. Use it only to gage progress and even then take it with a grain of salt. Eat healthy foods and exercise consistently and your body will drop weight if it needs to. By the way, there is no way you should be 15 lbs, babies weight around 6-8 right out of the womb. You would have to have only doubled in size since then for that to be reasonable.
The numbers you see at all those sites are so crap, according to that I'd be very overweight but I can tell you I'm not. This is why you don't let numbers tell you how you should feel about your body, they're meaningless. How do YOU feel? are you comfortable? do you feel healthy? those are the real questions you should ask.
what is your body frame? to figure this out, measure the circumference of your wrist and then comment back to me because i'm in university for a health, diet, nutrition career

I am the exact same weight and height. That is considered a good healthy weight not under or over. I know this for a fact bc I go to the doctor constantly and last time he was very pleased I had lost some weight bc I had went up to 155 which was slightly overweight.
Guys BMI does matter. Sorry but for your health even if you're fit person BMI matters.
https://youtu.be/14q2UFIozroYou're not over weight. The taller you are the more should weight. How much you need to weight isn't determined by age, but by height. if you're 5'4" you should weigh between 116 lbs. minimum and 145 lbs. maximum.
BMI is a fucked scale to follow. I'm 5'6" and 240 and I'm apparently obese, but I'm solid muscle. If you can sustain light physical activity without heavy breathing, a racing pulse, and not feel like dying, you're fine where you are.
My gosh calm your tits will you
Ya you're fine stop panicking now lol
Enough with the 'help' in bold everywhere hahahaIf it's all fat weight then possibly.
If it's muscle weight then no.
Also you have to remember muscle weighs more then fat but your slimmer. While fat weight actually weighs less but it's more unhealthy and you look larger. If you have a medical problem ask your doctor.
No one on GAG is going to tell you you're overweight.Ur bmi is 23.9 it should be between 18 and 24.9 so u r really fine
Please don't stress about this, you're too young to have body anxiety. The internet lies so don't listen to it. And if you feel like there is a real problem, consult a doctor.
Weight is only an issue if you have a LARGE excess of it.
According to the BMI calculator; you are severely overweight
You aren't fat. And it also depends how you carry your weight. Im 4'11 and weigh 135 and fit into a size 4. Muscle also weighs more than fat!
