Why do girls like abs?

I have observed that of girls fall for men's abs. Why is it? Why not other muscular parts?

It's uncommon. Like we learned about this stuff in basic biology. If a specimen has unique traits that differentiate itself from what's normal, the specimen will often be more attractive to the opposite sex.
Like if a island is full of only black birds and there's a small percent of those birds that are colored blue, they're gonna be prized more highly than the basic bitch birds. Better genetics.

To this day, it remains a mystery to both me and the world's scientists alike. It makes sense for women to be biologically wired to find large arms attractive, because they directly correlate to increased strength. However, that logic doesn't apply to abs. Abs don't indicate strength in the slightest, they only indicate a low body fat percentage (unnaturally low, might I add).

Cause nobody wants a man that looks pregnant. I think flat and strong mid section might depict masculinity, physical fitness and strength, plus he looks like he's able to move that pelvis the right way.

They can both train very hard. Its got something to do with genetics as well. But women dont go only for guys with abs. It helps sure, but so does a smile or remembering little details about them. Theyre a lot easier to do:))

When you have a toned mid section you have to keep the fat between 10-15%
Having a buff body with a toned mid section is a different league than a guy that is just buffed in general

So they stand out
Sure some its genetics but they still stand out lol
