The only pictures of the women that don't appeal to me at all in this bunch are the fat and overweight. All the other ones are attractive. Of course it all depends on the actual woman (and maybe the bikini too!). But in this batch I'd say the curvy woman is the most attractive to me. The anorexic and muscular ones are a pretty close second.

Maybe maybe not... I only work out an hour 3 days a week and I'd say I am more cut than the muscular guy in that pic. Not nearly as ripped as the ripped guy (that's a world class steroid popping bodybuilder) , but at least as muscular as the muscular guy. A lot depends on what your starting point body type is and how long you have been doing it. A lot of guys can never get in that shape no matter what they do because their build and genetics won't go there.

I've been athletic as long as I can remember. And I also did martial arts for years. So I've pretty much always been in good shape because it's more like a lifestyle than starting out of shape to get in shape. Some years I work out more than others, but I always try to get at least 3 workouts a week in. And I think it's just part of my DNA. Both of my parents are thin and lean. That must have helped.
