Why does my balls smell like ham?

My roommate told me that every morning, he smells an odor that somewhat resembles a piece of ham. It was strange because I'm pretty sure that there's no ham in our room and that I don't smell anything.

One night, when my girlfriend and I was "doing the dirty stuff", she commented on the smell of my balls and said that it smelt like ham. Should I be concerned now? Should I go to the doctors for this? HELP

When you were a young lad you weren't born with properly working testicles so the doctor had to do a testicle transplant with pig testicles.

Maybe it smells extra hammy from the food you eat or because your scrotum is gross af from the gunk that lives between the leg and scrotum skin.
