I am trying to get rid of stretchmarks and make skin on my tummy more firm. This is a really small problem - I mean there is not much loose skin but I want to do what I can to get rid of that. It’s not as much loose as it’s just not that firm. i have two kids of age 2 and 3,5 and didn’t take care of my skin during pregnancies :/ I do notice big improvements with workout. Anyone who tried wraps/creams/other remedies to get that flat, ripped stomach after pregnancy? I don’t mean huge glob of skin or 0,5 inch deep marks. Need just a bit of improvement in that area.

For me they makes no difference if someone have or not.
To reduce is only to keep on doing heavy exercising and have a proper life style for that whith enough nutritional food to have a high metabolism and regeneration drive of tissues, also get enough night sleep with quality, also drinking enough of water otherwise the skin gets bad and age faster. Try to stay away from creams and other chemicals to put on the skin, it will only mention the stretchmarks.
They did say that if you use a shower brush when you shower on the area in a circular motion it should help the skin to fix stretchmarks to a certain degree.
I've heard there are creams, lotions or anything of the sort that help to get rid of stretch marks. I'll be honest yours are barely even visible, but I assume they're probably more visible in real life.

Yes! Lighting makes huge difference sometimes it’s like they are not there and sometimes just omg 😔 I don’t want them 😔 thanks for writing
My mom is considering an abdominoplasty for herself right now, your case might not demand this I am not sure. From your picture you look beautiful not that much sagging. Just continue to wear outfits that compliment your bod and I am sure guys will be gaga for you or your significant other is. For stretch-marks shea and or cocoa butter do something to help if applied regularly and more than once a day. If this does not work I would consult a physician.
Learn to love them. Only way to get rid of them is through surgery. I’ve got them from having a child too and he’s not 5 and a half. I don’t give a fuck what people think. I exercise heaps and I still wear what I want to wear and wear bikinis. Just learn to love yours. There’s no harm. It’s just you judging yourself, no one looks at mine when they are on show, no one really cares. 💖
Unfortunately you can't really get rid of them. Its like scar tissue. You can sometimes reduce the appearance but they will never go away. But thats ok. Theyre a part of life. No one really cares about them. And if they do, thise aren't people you wanna hang around.
Trust me, it doesn't look bad to have stretch marks. And if someone says it does that just means they aren't looking for you but what they imagine you could be.
The way I see it, be yourself. You have stretch marks, but you are still you.
Its part of life your guy should accept you as you are and support you it you want to get rid of them

Yea you are right it’s just that I am not with anyone and it does bother me should I meet someone or even have casual sex. I just miss my body how it was..
Stretch marks are just natural and don't make you unattractive. Now if your huge and you stretch marks that's a sign it's time to change your life style and how you eat
Honestly I didn’t notice any sagging until you said something-it looks perfectly normal to me. And remember, everybody gets stretch marks - boys, girls, mothers, fathers, body builders, people going through puberty- and I think they add character 💛
How about the skin? Cause when I stand there is no problem but if I sit.. omg it’s just so much thinner than skin other places and it’s not pretty... any chance I can tighten that up?
I've never really had this conversation with anyone but i like to think im a guy and yes, i think its hot. On the hips is my favorite spot for them. But anywhere is good
