Could be folliculitis, I can kind of make out a hair follicle coming out of one of them. Are you experiencing a lot itching or burning, especially when you pee?

Obviously you need to get tested before deciding its anything.

Yikes, that doesn’t look nice. See a doctor, they’ll give you a definitive answer, but I wouldn’t worry too much because most STI’s can be cleared up quickly with prescribed medication

Yes get antivirals right away, if you do it fast you most likely will never have an outbreak again 90% of cases never have more than one outbreak
