I love how ignorant people say say to just eat food or to "go to the gym". Thats not the way it works when you have an extremely high matabolism.
I'm gearing up to start trying to eat 10,000 calories a day through high calorie food and calorie shakes. I've done 5-6,000 A day before with exercise for 3 months to no avail so we'll see how this one goes.

It's better than being I little overweight around the edges. If your running a lot or just have a high metabolism that's fine. Otherwise see it as a chanse to allow any greecy food a while and then just gym some or be happy that your body want you being fit even after 30. If it's an eating disorder then just eat something.

I have to be honest I'd prefer to be fat then underweight but it's just personal preference. I'm shorter and double your weight
Just exercise, lift some weights, eat carbs, proteins, and fat in moderation. As long as you are eating in moderation and getting regular exercise you should be fine.👌
