What is your opinion on girls who have ab definition like this?

In terms of abs on a girl it's really more about the frame than abdominal development. Like having the thin frame, with a thin layer of fat with uber soft skin *two thumbs up*. Like a girl who clearly watches what she eats and puts in some effort. Or at least exercises to combat a shit diet lol. I've seen it both ways

Most of your stomach is still covered but that looks good to me. It looks flat and toned but not a "six pack" as you say.

Aren't you the one we've talked to before about weight lifting? If so, are you trying to get six-pack abs in the future?

Looks good. It's only an issue if a girl is working out so much to get ab definition that she loses her tits. That's not a trade most guys want to make. Keep the boobs ladies!
