Literally 6 months ago I was despicable me GRU and I have to put on some weight to actually gain muscles in my lower body... but when I was having those chicken legs not a single person passed without noticing or mentioning it to me in my college and I just dealt with it and i am kinda working hard on it... I wanna know one thing not just about the way it looks do you guys also think that people with chicken legs are weak? And is it a big turn off? Besides sexy abs...
I'd rather just swap out his top for a skinnier version and he'd be golden. But if someone's going to build muscle, better do it evenly. Proportions are important.
Don’t ever skip leg day ! If you’re going to be working the upper half you have to work the lower half aswell otherwise it just looks disproportionate. 👍🏻
