It depends on how physically active you are, how much muscle you have. I'm 5'0 and the range is about 90-125 ish pound, so I'd say a healthy range for you would be 115-160. I don't think it's bad at all to be heavier, as long as you're staying active. It's not so much a 'should' but rather, what makes you feel good?

I'm 134lbs for that height and curvy. I'm considered healthy but I could lose some.
considering BMI formula, to be "healthy", you should weigh between 46 kg and 60 kg.

I would say the ideal weight for a 5 foot 3 girl is 51kg (119lbs) to around 57kg (125lbs)
but it largely on your age.just enough i can lift her up and sit her down on my huge big guy!
