I think Jeff Cavalier provides correct information, but not necessarily useful information. The bulk of Cavalier's videos are on how to alter your form on several isolation lifts to target subsets of certain muscle groups, and everything he states is correct, but you shouldn't be using that many isolation lifts to begin with. You simply cannot incorporate enough intensity into isolation lifts in order to provide stimulus sufficient to spur growth (unless you're using anabolic steroids). Even muscles as small as the biceps tend to benefit more from balls-to-the-wall heavy weight barbell curls.
I prefer Jeff Nippard, because he operates in the context of already having established that compound lifts tend to be more useful, and instead uses scientific studies to examine which lifts are best for each purpose, proper form, optimal rest time, volume and intensity, frequency, addresses each different goal individuals might have, diet, supplements, and lifestyle. He examines things on a case-by-case basis citing research invariably, whereas Cavalier's source of credibility is his personal expertise as a physical therapist, which isn't renewed and challenged in each video like Nippard's.
Jeff Cavaliere has stated numerous times that's compound lifts are important and that he incourages beginners to do so. But yea i agree most info is from hia personal experience and expertise but Jeff does coach pro athletes and has been on a pro team as a coach for numerious years. Not to mention his educational background. I will check out the dude you were talking about though thanks.

What's there to learn from him? Just eat a shit ton of food, lift heavy weights, take steroids and you too can look like him.
@englisc There's nothing this guy knows that anyone else doesn't know, no secret knowledge, no secret techniques. Eat big, lift big. That's what you need to know.

I watch Jeff Nippard. He uses scientific papers as basis for work out videos. I appreciate that about him.
