cankles are thick, chubby ankles common on fat folk or simply people who have bigger frames.
Ironically, I'm technically obese and I don't have cankles so not every fat person has them. my calfs have a curve, obviously I can't have chicken legs if I'm overweight but it just looks like a curve you get when you work out sort of. my ankles are not cankly. lol that word is funny.
One girl I know from high school asked me how I get my legs like that because she's an athlete and says she wants that shape I guess. I have no f***in clue what she was talking about, but my point is not all of the fatties have cankles. :)
I should never have to worry about cankles, cause the girls I'm going for aren't overweight. And you'd have to be overweight to have a chance at getting cankles I believe. As far as attractive goes, if she's large enough to have cankles, I'd be having trouble being attracted to her as a person rather than worrying about her ankles. lol
Just saying. If you have a bmi that's listing you as normal or whatever I'd be willing to bet you'll never have to worry about cankles.
Cankles are a condition where the ankle and calf muscles appear to blend together, resulting in a lack of definition between the two. This can be caused by a number of factors, including genetics, weight gain, and fluid retention.
While cankles can be aesthetically displeasing, they are usually harmless and do not cause any health problems. There are a few treatments available if you are self-conscious about your cankles, such as exercise and weight loss, but in most cases, surgery is not necessary.
Cankles are often caused by a build-up of fluid in the ankles and lower legs. This can be a result of various conditions, such as heart failure, kidney disease, or liver disease.
Obesity can also contribute to cankles, as the extra weight can put pressure on the veins and cause fluid to leak out into the tissue. In some cases, cankles may also be caused by genetics or a medical condition called lymphedema, which prevents the lymphatic system from draining properly.
If you're one of the many people who suffer from cankles, you're probably wondering if there's any way to correct them.
Unfortunately, there's no sure-fire way to fix cankles, but there are a few things you can try that may help:
If you're unhappy with the appearance of your cankles, talk to your doctor. They may be able to suggest other treatment options.
Cankles, or the appearance of having no defined ankle, is a common problem, especially among women. There are many reasons why someone might have cankles, including genetics, weight gain, fluid retention, and certain medical conditions.
While there’s no definitive way to get rid of cankles, there are some things you can do to help minimize their appearance:
While there’s no guaranteed way to get rid of cankles, making lifestyle changes and trying different treatments may help minimize their appearance.

This is the first time I've ever even heard the word 'cankles' so it can't be that big a turn-off... After a couple of minutes on google I know have a vague idea of what the 'problem' is, but it's honestly something that I couldn't care less about.
