There is no ACTUAL way to naturally increase the size of breasts. It is done through using surgery and putting BAGS inside natural breasts. You can do something similar for the penis and testicles. The question is why should it be different? Does your penis not function correctly? Has it been damaged through an injury? I'd use the same criteria for breasts.
