They can get stronger than most men who don't put in the time to train. But the chance of a woman being stronger than a man in an equal situation is extremely small.
About as strong as an average, untrained man. So yes, stronger than SOME men, but way way weaker than others. And we are talking about years of training here.
I have a test for you. Come to my farm and carry a 30 day old calf across the 1 acre pen. If you can do that 3 times in 15 minutes. Then yes stonger then the average man.
( keep in mind the pen is a real mud pit after a good rain)
nobody saying that they can get equally strong as men are being real. I know some girls that work out like maniacs go heavy etc etc. it doesn't matter how hard they try I can walk in and out lift them huge without even having to workout regular. Its not even a contest don't be silly
Depends girlie! Gotta have a strong foundation. That starts with internal resistance of ribcage expansion and proper spacing and tensioning of muscular chains before you ever even add in external resistance. The capacity for true strength is high!!
They can get stronger than untrained men i think, probably more so on the lower body movements when i first started lifting i could squat 100kg, a girl could squat that within a few years or less depending on how strong she was when she started.
I am sure that most Olympic qualty girl athletes are stronger than about 70% of the men. And, in their speciality are better than 95% of the men.
The University of Arkansas women's basketball team has men's practice team and one time they beat the men. Now the men are volenteers and not good enough for a college scholarship (the 1 in over 1,000). However, they were amounst the best high school players and better than 99% of men.
I read a statistic once if you had a sample group of 1000 women that only 2 would be able to throw a ball as fast or faster than an average guy. The vast majority of women just aren’t even close to being as strong as men but there’s nothing wrong with that.
Depends on genetics. Mainly height. Limb length dictates leverage. A tall person with same proportion of muscle is far stronger. So a short girl like 5'0" will probably never be stronger than the average man. A 5'10" woman could be stronger than the average man. When i say average man i mean walking down the street, not the average weight lifting man.
This is kind of a silly question if you don't also include training level This for example is pretty amazing and obviously above the vast majority of men but still not that impressive for men that are at that level.
No ammount of steroids can help a woman lift as much weight as guys do. Unless we're talking about transgenders, but thats pretty much still a guy, only with a girls mentality.
Strength training is about building your strength up. If a woman powers up to a point past a man than she in turn can become well more powerful than a man. This is without steroids.

You would have to get on steroids, even body builder chicks on and off steroids couldn't lift some the weights the men do.

For the most part no
You need steroids yes
Most women can’t lift as much as the average gym douche. Like not even close
This is kind of a silly question if you don't also include training level

Maybe as strong as the average man who doesn't life weights lol.
They can get stronger then the average man cause the average man doesn't work out. But I don't think all things being equal they could be..
I suppose Women can get just about as strong as any Man
it all depends how much you lift and hows your diet..

I think it depends on genetics and how much you workout. You might get strong than a good part of men, but it's not easy.
They can get stronger than the men with bad genetics, but they can't get as strong as the men with good genes.
