Japanese women (and men) aparantly eat a japanese diet that is believed to be responsible for them living well into their 100s. Healthy bones probably due to eating lots of fish with bones in them that includes calcium, as well as omega fatty acids that are good for fats stored for muscles. And they never eat too much, so that's why they are slim.
