I am watching Modern Family right now. S01E11. There were these amazing-looking women at the 18:07 time stamp. I have just one question, how?

These women are really attractive, right from their mother to the youngest. I am like really confused about this.

How do some women keep themselves in such amazing shape as they are? I am baffled by their body. How do models or really healthy women manage it?
