I had a friend try to give me shit about still lifting weights at 40... Me and this old chick are going to be doing just fine... he just had surgery to get a hip replacement. When he's her age... He'll probably need help out of a chair... so fuck him and his opinion about me lifting weights at 40..

I'd like to add I'm 40... and pulling a 18 year old to add to my body count is like too easy. I couldn't get laid this easy when I was in my 20's and chubby.

If they have already been an athlete when they are young sure, the Williams Sisters did, but if not than I think they are too old. I am 32 and I know I am far too old to be a professional athlete. Training to get into the proper shape requires youth.
